“Warner Brothers is great but the bus to the studio was late and they should tell people that if you get motion sickness you shouldn't sit on the top. The smell of vomit to Warner Brothers was unpleasant. To add to that discomfort the movie ended up pausing 10 mins into it and was never fixed. Same on the way back the bus was late and this time the volume was not on for movie so that was annoying. At least the motion sick family stayed on the main level. Also it woukd have been nice to know that there would be multitudes of schools there doing their year end…”

With a 20 min. break at the palace theater...no stopping at the 2 Harry Potter stores, no mention of a discount code, no Harry Potter Statues. Also if booked on Sunday, the 9 3/4 store and photos do not open till 9...so you have to be the first in line to even get 5 minutes to pay for a photo and race through the store.”
