“Probably most importantly, a great job was done in getting all passengers and luggage on the proper busses and and from the disembarkment terminal to the proper end point whether it was the airport or hotel. I applaud and appreciate the effort. The tour itself and the effort by the tour guide was good. I do not like walking tours where one must stay close to the tour guide in order to hear and understand the commentary. That was certainly the case for the Canterbury tour; but, not so with the Leeds tour where we were dropped off and toured on our own with audio headsets.”
