We had tickets for 9:30am -openings, came at 9:15 and did not get to security until 10. Than we had to stay another line to exchange vouchers for actual tickets. Did not get to cathedral until 11.05. Had to change/cancel plans. Some people in line were just leaving as they had other arrangement. Very disappointed. I used Viator for a while now and this is my first really bad experience.”
