“Our flight was 2 hours late - so I guess it was understandable there was no one there to meet us - but it was frustrating to pay for a ride we couldn’t take and then pay for a taxi. We would never do it again - the little bit you save to book ahead is it worth the double cost when your flight is delayed - which happens all the time now. (The same thing happened to the rest of our party who came the day before!)”

“The driver appeared to speak very little English and when he picked up the third and last couple at 1:00pm they were still in bed. Your policy calls for him to have leave them and the passengers on board requested that the driver continue on without them. We had already waited 20+ minutes for them before luggage. There was one other couple on board beside us and we all had to wait for these people to get out of bed and get to the van then they had so much luggage that the entire back of the van was filled to the very top of the roof, a very dangerous…”

“After reaching out to the company 2 days before our scheduled pick up to confirm the time, the driver still showed up more than 20 minutes late. When they weren't there at our scheduled time, I called. Surprisingly, someone actually picked up the main line at 4:30 am. I was told they'd call me back. Never did, so I called them again where they told me he was on the way. Waiting, waiting. Called again - I was told he'd be there in 5 minutes. That 20 minute delay nearly cost us our flight. Driver was also late picking us up from the airport. I was giving them benefit of…”

“The trip was long between Southampton and London, and unfortunately, we were moved from our transfer to an Uber driver who had to pay his own fees and taxes, and congestion charges in order to take us to our destination. Though he was very friendly and interactive with us, we felt bad with him because we don’t know if the amount that we paid will be transferred to him Since we did a slight change on the departure time it moved us into this scenario so the original company did not do the transport for us and moved us to Uber. The first Uber driver accepted the order and then…”
