They made us wait forever and acted as if they couldn’t find the reservation. I provided the reservation information and number, the booking information and number, and the barcode for them to scan. Because of this we couldn’t enjoy ourselves. The experience was ruined. We all decided not to purchase anything from the gift shop or extra beverages or desserts.”
