I had no idea that using the voucher bought from Viator would no allow us to choose from the traditional Hard Rock Cafe menu. I was prepared to pay the difference in price and order from the menu, but was told it wasn’t possible. I will be going back to the Hard Rock Cafe, but not with this voucher.”

“This was a horrible experience. I would NOT recommend to anyone traveling to London for the first time. The receptionist and the manager on the first level were not helpful nor friendly. They made us wait forever and acted as if they couldn’t find the reservation. I provided the reservation information and number, the booking information and number, and the barcode for them to scan. Because of this we couldn’t enjoy ourselves. The experience was ruined. We all decided not to purchase anything from the gift shop or extra beverages or desserts.”

“This was a good time. Food was decent. My only complaint is that they didn’t say what we were passing to get photos and you didn’t know until it was too late. Music played was extremely loud. Would I recommend this to someone? Sure I would for the experience. However I’d recommend knowing where you’re at in London and knowing exactly what you want photos of because nobody tells you on the scenic tour what you’re near. Especially when your back is to everything so you really don’t know until you’re past it.”

“Golden Tours was the provider for this tour and I would not book a tour that used them in the future. They canceled our tour 2 days before and gave us an option to switch to another tour or get a refund. Where this was an all day tour and we had already planned for it in our schedule, we chose the replacement tour that they offered. This new tour added on Bath and still allowed us to see some of the Cotswolds. When we arrived to the bus station to get the tour, they were very disorganized. They didn’t know what bus we were taking and their staff seemed…”
