“1 day is not enough time. Prices are better than other big name parks. If your kid loves STEM, future doctor, IT etc.. then they will love it here. Friends told me to take my kid. Should have brought him sooner! If your kid is neurodivergent like ours then you will appreciate the sensory zones, video game areas, indoor ac areas where they can build legos & unwind while everyone takes a break. Better AC than Disney Paris. The lego store on site had reasonable prices! Was disappointed could not find shirts that say Legoland Windsor/UK. We have Legoland in USA so wanted something to show how far we visited.”

“The first day was fantastic as we were only queued for 15 minutes to get on each ride. The Friday was just chaotic waiting in an hour in each queue so we only managed to get on 6 rides. Really disappointed that the river wasn’t open.”

“This place needs an urgent inspection by RSPCA. Apart from the fact that the whole place is very unkempt, with enclosures overgrown with nettles and other weeds, many of the enclosures were far too small. The poor alligators in tiny enclosures with barely enough water to cover them and certainly no room to swim at all.”

“This event was advertised as being about 9 hours long. Since it is a one hour bus ride from London to LEGOLAND, I assumed that meant we’d get 7 hours in the park. Instead, they cut our time short to drive a half hour out of the way to pick up another tour group, so we only got 6 hours in the park. That’s a large enough difference that it feels like false advertising. They said we would travel back and forth from London to LEGOLAND Windsor, not that we would go out of our way to pick up another group. I don’t feel I got what I paid for.”
